ERS also manages the behavioral health benefits for some of its client companies by providing pre-certification, authorization and review of the care given by Providers and facilities in our PPO network.

Providers accept referrals from ERS for on-going counseling.

Affiliates

Client companies typically choose 3, 5, 6, or 8 session models during which evaluations and brief treatment are conducted around a variety of personal issues.

Mental health clinicians may join our panel as an EAP Affiliate. Affiliates are therapists in private practice who conduct those evaluations and brief treatment on ERS’ behalf. ERS pays its Affiliates $65.00 per session.

Joining the Panel

Preference is given to those mental health clinicians who are willing to join the panel as both an Affiliate and as a Provider. In order to join the ERS Provider & Affiliate panel, you must:

  • Have a minimum of a Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
  • Submit proof of current licensure/certification in your state
  • Submit proof of professional liability insurance (minimum required limits are $1,000,000 per claim/ $3,000,000 aggregate.)
  • Submit your current resume
  • Submit a completed ERS Individual Application
  • Submit Provider, Affiliate & Business Associate Agreements
